I love cats. Small cats, large cats and anything related to them, including cat based RPG monsters. Sabre-toothed Tigers are classic RPG monsters and I always wanted to paint some of them. Have been looking for good versions to print for a long time and while I found quite a few of them on the web, I was never quite happy with the models.
When Artisan Guild released their Rakshakin set some time ago I was very impressed with their Saber-toothed Tiger mounts, but was disappointed that they came with saddles. Only months later I noticed in another release from Artisan Guild that even though they only show pictures of their mounts with saddles, they also added version without saddles. Getting my hopes up I checked the files from the Rakshakin release and the Tigers were indeed available without saddles and had been hiding on my hard drive for month…
Long story short – finally found some Saber-toothed Tigers I really like.
