Queen Mechanika from the pulp Sci-Fi line Retro Raygun from Hydra Miniatures. The model is mounted on a PK-Pro base.

Yet another mini which I instantly loved when I saw it and which just had to be painted. I love retro Sci-Fi, but there are really few good sculptors out there who create them. Queen Mechanika is one of the rare good ones
