Mierce Miniatures minis are a bit hit and miss for my. While all their sculpts are great a lot of their designs don’t really resonate with me. But once in a while their designs are fantastic and some of their best are the series of swamp monster they recently expanded upon.
I got my hands on their first swamp monster, Mórannach. While the sculpt was great the resin casting was not without flaws. The parts did require some cleaning up and came together with some noticable gaps, but nothing too dramatic. The small branches that came with him were a bit more problematic. You have to guess where they are supposed to go and they break really easy.
Nevertheless, overall the mini is great and it was a joy to paint.
